I hail from Cincinnati, Ohio. I’m an early-40ish, cradle-Catholic, well-schooled, patriotic, all-American, sports-watching, book reading man; fully and eternally committed to my wife of 11 years; grateful and loving father of two grade schoolers.
And I’m just now getting a handle on my relationship with Christ and what he expects of me.
I’m devoted to my family, active in my parish and community, successful in my career, and growing in my faith. I also sometimes find myself at a total and complete loss on how to deal with the issues in my life – unless I am having a continuous conversation with Christ and relying on him to keep me on the path intended for me.
This blog is a series of observations from the perspective of an American Catholic family man doing his best to do God’s will and fulfill his purpose; doing his best to make the right choices; doing his best to serve his family, community, nation, church and God.
